First Manifestation: Dear Dance – A Solo for Christiane Eiffes

Created on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of TROIS C-L | Maison de la Danse, this short solo is a poetic and personal homage to a lifelong relationship with movement. Conceived as a heartfelt letter to dance itself, the solo explores the traces that years of devotion, practice, and transformation leave on the body and soul of the performer.

With tenderness, humor, and depth, choreographer Anne-Mareike Hess crafts a piece specifically for Christiane Eiffes, honoring her as both an artist and a woman shaped by and through dance.

Performed from April 2–4, 2025 at TROIS C-L, this intimate solo invites us to reflect on the beauty of aging, presence, and the ever-evolving dialogue between dancer and dance.
